Baby Feet

I don't know if I've seen baby feet on a tile before - or if anyone has named it as a pattern before. Will someone please tell me if they have seen it?

As I watch my granddaughter sleep, I can actually do a little tangling, and of course I'm inspired by her. Her frilly dresses, the ribbons, her silky hair; it's all good.
