The challenge this week is to use the tangle Bugles in our tile, When I looked at the tangle pattern it reminded me of some other tangles I had in my sketchbook. They all have a Bugles type of theme but they are drawn quite differently. I decided to do them together on stage - all playing the Blues!
The tangles shown are;
Bugles - Joyce Evans
Toeter - Mariet L.
Fungee - Leslie Crumpler, Sakura
Footlight - Carole Ohl
Love the flow of the tangles in your TIA... very nice Sue... Love, Light and Peace...Bonnie

ReplyDeleteyour blues are lovely. I used the music idea too - it seems natural , doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteVery nicely done composition using the different tangles. The color is a great addition too!
ReplyDeleteA super selection of tangles Sue.

ReplyDeleteVery nice tile.
ReplyDeleteGreat combination. So playful and lovely.
ReplyDeletePS. I also think it is no mean feat to pull off this kind of composition. I might have the idea but never, ever put it together so elegantly.
ReplyDeleteYou can feel and hear the excitement of a live performance. Well done, Sue.
ReplyDeleteQuite an orchestra you have performing there - great composition.
ReplyDeleteThank you for using my tangle, Bugles. I like how you staged it and used the blue theme.

ReplyDeletehaha I combined Bugle with Footlites too, great minds think alike - awesome work :)
ReplyDeleteThis is very lovely!! I particularly like the way you have changed the Bugles (unless it is another tangle) as you went along!!

Very fun choices of tangles to go with the bugles.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your "blues" drawing. It was the inspiration for my "table" drawing. If you have a look you will immediately understand. Nicely done.
