Rain, rain go away!

The challenge this week is to use the tangle pattern 'Rain' in our tile. While I was showering I was thinking about what I might do. (I do some of my best thinking in the shower!) Well, why not use the name as the inspiration! So every tangle I used, makes me think about rain, or water, or storms. I used Rain, Static.Msst, and Nipa.

  1. Sue, I love it! You gave me a new reason to try out Nipa again -- I've never really been drawn to it, but I love what you did with it. :)

  2. Stunning. I kept looking at it. So simple and so beautiful. It actually gives the feeling of water pouring from above. And the "lightning" with the added depth - masterfully done.
    Love it

  4. Like the image that you created with this group of tangles. Nipa is a tangle that I do not think about using a lot. Not sure why. Like your shading on this one.

  7. I like this one a lot. I used Rain as actual rain on mine and used Msst as well, but mine looks so different from yours. It's so fun to see how people take the same inspiration and do such different things with it. Lovely.
