Tangled Luminary
I'm excited to have been chosen to teach two Zentangle classes at the Society of Decorative Painters National Convention in St Charles, Illinois this May. Registration is going on right now. The two classes I will be teaching include the Tangle Luminary - pictured above - and the Zendala Trio - pictured below.
You can go to the convention web site following this link. There you can look at all the class offerings online and register. Don't delay! Online registration goes on through this month only. If you can't come to classes don't forget about the expo with a great selection of painting supplies that you can't find a local stores
Zendala Trio
Wow, I would love to come! Really like the Zendala's, specially the brown one. Have fun teaching!
ReplyDeleteI am impressed. The mandalas are beautiful and the luminary is out of this world! I'll bet your classes will be wonderful and a lot of fun.
ReplyDeleteLovely lovely tangles, Sue! Great stuff. Thank you so much for your lovely supportive comment re my stay in hospital - unfortunately I didn't get any morphine-induced artistic inspiration, but now that I am home (and loving it!) and the elephant in the room is finally bowing out (still awaiting the final histology results but it looks likely I won't need any chemo), I can already feel my creative juices bubbling up again, and as soon as my strength returns, I shall be back in my studio. My convalescence is going well but it's going to be a long haul. I have a stack of fabulous messages from so many friends around the world, wishing me well, and it's going to take a long time to reply to them all! Keep an eye on my blogs for updates on how I am doing, as and when I get around to doing it!

Thank you for another lovely comment, Sue. I have now had my histology results and because the cancer was so aggressive I will have to have some chemo, which isn't the news I was hoping for... Appt. with oncologist in early May. But as you say, I WILL LIVE!! Small price to pay. I've now got my new "Gutless Bag Lady" blog up and running which I hope will help others to understand what life with an ileostomy is like, and I am coping well with it despite some dermatitis problems.
