Fanz is the tangle pattern for the challenge this week. As I looked at it I kept thinking of shingles on a rooftop so that's the direction I went. I drew my houses loosely so I wouldn't be too literal.
I used one of my hand colored tiles and then choose 3 colored pens and colored pencils.
This pattern reminded me of the way I draw 'Bumps' but in a much neater and more orderly way.
Your tile makes me think of beach huts and I love the Summery colours. Your variations on Fanz are really pretty and I really like the whole tile.
ReplyDeleteNice choice, to cover the roofs of your houses with Fanz. Great colours too!
ReplyDeleteI really like your composition. First I saw houses, but if I put that idea aside, I can also see it as an attractive more abstract design. You demonstrate great control in your Fanz tangles.
ReplyDeleteA great idea and done so very well.
ReplyDeleteNice to see fanz on the roof. lovely idea, Sue
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to use Fanz!
