A little white space huh? Okay, I'll try it again. These are the two tiles that fit the challenge a little more. I've been watching a lot of the Olympics (well, maybe mostly the figure skating), so I wanted to do something with the rings. I lightly penciled in the rings and then tangled everything else. Fun, fun, but maybe a little busy. So I went in the opposite direction on the next tile. Simple, simple tangles, very quick to do. Inspired by the rain outside with the hope that there will be something growing soon when the snow all melts.
Both are great Sue, but the second one has a special feeling around it.
ReplyDeleteThey both are beautiful, Sue. But I have to agree with Annemarie; the second one is special.
ReplyDeleteooh! I like them both too!
ReplyDeleteWhile I like them both I am going to go against the trend and say that I like the first one best. Great tribute to the Olympics and I like that tangles that you used.
ReplyDeleteGreat tiles, both.
ReplyDeleteI like the first one best, and I don't think it's busy at all. And I love the figure skating also!
ReplyDeleteI like them both.... (Gotta Love watching the Olympics!)
ReplyDeleteI love the cleverness of the first one, where the negative space is essential to the concept - works really well. And the second one just underlines how white space can emphasize a beautiful Zentangle.
ReplyDeleteAxxx
Both are beautiful! the second one is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI too thought about doing an olympic kinda theme, but wasn't sure if could. Mine would not look anywhere as good as yours, your are so beautiful. Thank you for sharing. I look forward to this challenge now, thank you!.
